BARONS QUAY TOUR SERIES COMPETITION WINNERS ANNOUNCED

The winners of Barons Quay’s Tour Series photograph competition have been announced. 

Alongside the hugely success of the Tour Series event in Northwich on 12 May 2017, Barons Quay hosted their own set of fun activities for spectators and visitors to the city. As a part of the festivities, Barons Quay held a photograph competition, and a newsletter entry competition where visitors could submit  their photos with Odeon’s special guests, Minions and Pirates Of The Caribbean via Facebook or Twitter to win Barons Quay goodies.

The prizes included a £50 ODEON voucher for the winner of the photo competition, alongside £25 vouchers for two runners up. There were also two £40 vouchers for ODEON and Wildwood Restaurant for the winners of the newsletter submission competition.

Winner of the £50 ODEON voucher, Gemma Phoenix, a teacher at Antrobous St Marks Primary School in Northwich, spoke of her excitement of being able to visit the state-of-the-art ODEON Cinema with husband, Gareth, and daughter, Felicity.

“I’m absolutely delighted to have won the £50 vouchers! Myself and my husband can’t wait to take Fliss to the movies on Saturday mornings now our youngest is old enough. The tour day in Northwich was just brilliant! Our girls loved it and as you can see from our winning picture, Fliss loves minions.”

Louise Roberts, runner-up and winner of a £25 voucher, was also very happy with her prize – as well as the fabulous family day out at Barons Quay, “We are all really excited to have won vouchers as we haven’t yet been to the ODEON.  The only obstacle now is deciding upon a film we will all enjoy! We enjoyed watching the town get ready for the Tour Series and our girls were very excited on the day to watch the bikes speed by.  They also enjoyed having their photo taken with the minions and Jack Sparrow! It was a very positive atmosphere, we always enjoy the community spirit in Northwich -here’s to the next big day out!”
